Welcome to WOW EARN Wallet (“WOW EARN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://wowearn.com), mobile application, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

By accessing or using WOW EARN Wallet, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use WOW EARN Wallet, you must:
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • Not be located in, or a resident or national of, any jurisdiction subject to sanctions or embargoes by the United Nations, United States, European Union, or other relevant authority (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea);
  • Not be listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties, including the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List.
  • By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. WOW EARN Wallet reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any user at its sole discretion.

    2. Description of Services

    WOW EARN Wallet is a non-custodial software wallet designed for managing digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, and NFTs. Key features include:
  • Generating and managing blockchain wallet addresses and private keys;
  • Sending and receiving digital assets;
  • Accessing and interacting with decentralized applications (DApps) and decentralized exchanges (DEXs);
  • Conducting asset swaps and token trades through third-party integrations;
  • Staking supported assets through integrated third-party services;
  • Viewing balances, prices, and public transaction histories.
  • WOW EARN Wallet does not store your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords, and cannot recover them if lost. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials.

    3. Wallet Access, Private Keys, and Backups

    When you create or import a wallet:
  • You generate a cryptographic key pair (public address and private key);
  • You may be provided with a mnemonic seed phrase for recovery;
  • These credentials are stored locally on your device only.
  • You are fully responsible for safeguarding your private keys and seed phrase. If lost or compromised, WOW EARN cannot restore access to your wallet or funds.
    We strongly recommend:
  • Backing up your seed phrase in a secure offline location;
  • Never sharing your private keys or seed phrase with anyone;
  • Using a strong device passcode and enabling security features.
  • Failure to properly secure your credentials may result in permanent loss of your digital assets.

    4. Use of DApps and DEXs

    WOW EARN Wallet provides a browser for interacting with third-party decentralized applications and decentralized exchanges. By using these services, you acknowledge:
  • WOW EARN Wallet does not control, own, or endorse any third-party DApp or DEX;
  • Your interactions are at your own risk, and governed by the third party’s terms and policies;
  • All transactions executed via DApps or DEXs are final and irreversible;
  • Any smart contract errors, incorrect addresses, or service issues are beyond WOW EARN’s control.
  • You agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating and interacting with DApps and DEXs, including understanding applicable fees, terms, and risks.

    5. Staking Services

    WOW EARN Wallet may provide access to third-party staking services. By participating in staking, you acknowledge:
  • Staking is performed via third-party validators or providers not controlled by WOW EARN;
  • Rewards, slashing penalties, and staking rules are governed by the underlying blockchain protocol;
  • WOW EARN Wallet does not guarantee rewards or uninterrupted staking performance;
  • You are responsible for understanding the specific risks and terms of any staking service you use.
  • Staking participation is entirely optional and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

    6. Buying Digital Assets via Card

    The Wallet may integrate with third-party services that enable purchases digital assets with a credit or debit card. This service is facilitated by independent third-party providers. By using it, you agree:
  • WOW EARN Wallet is not responsible for any part of the transaction, exchange rates, delays, or failures;
  • You are subject to the third party’s terms, privacy policy, and KYC/AML requirements;
  • WOW EARN does not retain control over pricing, refund policies, or transaction reversals.
  • You must carefully review and understand the terms presented by any card-based crypto purchase provider before proceeding.

    7. Digital Asset Transactions

    All digital asset transactions require network confirmations and are broadcast to a public blockchain. You acknowledge that:
  • All blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed;
  • We do not control, transmit, or guarantee any asset transfers;
  • Network issues, technical errors, or incorrect data may prevent completion of your transaction.
  • You must ensure adequate balance and correct addresses before initiating any transaction.
  • WOW EARN Wallet is not liable for any losses resulting from user error, incorrect transaction details, or third-party network issues.

    8. Accuracy of Information

    You agree that any information you provide through WOW EARN Wallet will be accurate, complete, and current. We are not responsible for any user-initiated errors, including but not limited to incorrect wallet addresses, incomplete transaction details, or typographical mistakes.

    You must double-check all transaction data before submission. Once a digital asset transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it is irreversible. WOW EARN cannot reverse, retrieve, or alter any executed transaction.

    We disclaim any liability for losses caused by inaccuracies in user-submitted data.

    9. Wallet Security

    You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, including your private key, password, and seed phrase (recovery phrase). WOW EARN Wallet is a non-custodial service and never stores or has access to your private credentials.

    If your credentials are lost, stolen, or compromised, WOW EARN cannot assist in the recovery of your wallet or digital assets.

    We recommend that you:
  • Generate and store a secure backup of your seed phrase in an offline, secure environment;
  • Use multi-layer device security (e.g., biometric login, secure passcodes);
  • Avoid storing credentials in cloud storage or online platforms;
  • Maintain up-to-date antivirus software and device security patches.
  • You acknowledge that WOW EARN shall have no liability for unauthorized access to your wallet resulting from your negligence, device compromise, or failure to follow security best practices.

    10. Push Notifications

    WOW EARN Wallet may offer optional push notifications to inform you about:
  • Blockchain transaction statuses (e.g., confirmations or failures);
  • Wallet activity alerts;
  • Feature updates or critical notices.
  • You can enable or disable these notifications through your device or in-app settings. WOW EARN is not responsible for delays, failures, or inaccuracies in these notifications due to network conditions or third-party delivery systems.

    11. Third-Party Services and Content

    Our Services may include integrations with or links to decentralized applications (DApps), exchanges, fiat onramps, staking providers, token issuers, or NFT platforms operated by independent third parties.

    By interacting with these services, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • WOW EARN does not control or endorse any third-party products, services, or smart contracts;
  • Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms, conditions, and privacy policies;
  • We make no guarantees about the accuracy, availability, safety, or legality of third-party content or tools.
  • You agree that any transactions, losses, or disputes related to third-party integrations are strictly between you and the respective provider.

    12. Fees and Payment

    Your use of WOW EARN Wallet or third-party integrations may be subject to the following:
  • Blockchain network fees (e.g., gas or miner fees);
  • Fees imposed by external services (e.g., DEX platforms, NFT marketplaces);
  • Administrative fees for certain services, if applicable.
  • WOW EARN does not control or guarantee third-party fee schedules. Any changes in fee structures will be reflected within the app interface or the applicable third-party terms.
    We may earn revenue through partnerships or service providers without altering the fees you pay directly.
    You are solely responsible for ensuring your wallet contains sufficient funds to cover any transaction-related fees. Failure to do so may result in failed transactions.

    13. Taxes

    You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your own tax obligations related to the use of WOW EARN Wallet and its associated services. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Capital gains;
  • Income from staking or yield farming;
  • NFT and token transactions.
  • WOW EARN does not provide tax advice, generate tax reports, or facilitate automatic filings. You must track and report any taxable events in compliance with local laws and regulations.

    14. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property on the WOW EARN platform—including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, graphics, UI/UX designs, documentation, and code—is owned by WOW EARN or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

    You are granted a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use WOW EARN Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes only.

    You agree not to:
  • Copy, distribute, or modify platform content without prior written consent;
  • Use WOW EARN for commercial resale or to create derivative works;
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with any part of our source code;
  • Infringe upon the rights of any third party while using WOW EARN.
  • Violation of these provisions may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Services.

    15. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WOW EARN and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or digital assets;
  • Business interruption or reputational damage;
  • Issues arising from third-party services or smart contract errors;
  • Unauthorized access to your wallet due to your actions or omissions.
  • Our total cumulative liability, regardless of cause, shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

    16. Disclaimer of Warranties

    WOW EARN Wallet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to:
  • The security, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation of the Services;
  • Correction of any defects or bugs;
  • Accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any content or information.
  • We expressly disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use WOW EARN Wallet at your own risk.

    17. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WOW EARN, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
  • Your use or misuse of the Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your breach of any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
  • Any content or data you submit through the platform.
  • 18. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

    Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its prevailing rules.
  • You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding;
  • Each party must bring claims individually;
  • All arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English;
  • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any jurisdiction.
  • 19. Termination

    WOW EARN may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, with or without notice, for reasons including, but not limited to:
  • Breach of these Terms;
  • Illegal activity;
  • Security threats or suspicious behavior.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked. However, as WOW EARN Wallet is non-custodial, your wallet remains accessible via your private key and seed phrase, provided they have been stored securely.

    20. Changes to These Terms

    We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” and may notify you via the app or website.
    Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Services.
